The Rossendale company, which is due to move to Salford Quays' MediaCity next year, said its technology would help public sector bodies and government organisations to save a total of £170m.
It expects to win contracts supplying technology for mobile phone, internet and email messaging services.
Managing director Chris Brassington said he was delighted to have secured approved supplier status after a `difficult and gruelling' selection process.
