The agreement sees Hublot become the official timekeeper to the Premier League and European champions.
Hublot is the fourth sponsor to commit to the Old Trafford club since the start of the season, following Saudi Telecom, Seoul Metropolitan Government and Budweiser's renewal.
Details were being announced at the ground today at a news conference attended by manager Sir Alex Ferguson, chief executive David Gill and star players.
Mr Gill said: "We're delighted to welcome such a prestigious partner as Hublot to the Manchester United family. Their reputation for excellence and innovation makes them a fitting and exciting sponsor for the club.
"Alex is well-known as a stickler for timekeeping, both on and off the pitch. Now we have a partner that shares his passion."
It is thought the four-year deal with Hublot is worth under £10m but it underlines United's huge appeal as an international brand.
Hublot chief executive Jean-Claude Biver said: "This is an extraordinary partnership for Hublot. Manchester United is the number one club in the world, well-known for its tradition, excellence and legendary players who have made and are still making the success of the club. We're very proud."
United, owned by the Florida-based Glazer family, has troubled American insurance giant AIG as its main shirt sponsor and counts Nike and north west bookmaker Betfred among its other marketing partners.
Mark Hovell, managing partner at Manchester sports law specialist George Davies & Co, said: "Manchester United is the world leader as far as football is concerned, and a division apart from every other club when it comes to sponsorship."
Hublot, based in Nyon, near Lake Geneva, produced the official watches for Euro 2008 and has been involved in soccer for just two years.
