COUSINS Umar Mohammed, 21, and Ahmed Suleman, 22, have won a contract for their curry snack `One Dip' with De Vere Whites, which provides catering services at Bolton Wanderers' Reebok Stadium.

The duo, who are based in the town, started their company Deliz last year.

They are now in talks over a deal with the pub group Thwaites after successful trials. Another contract with a stadium catering company is on the cards.

One Dip comprises a tray with naan breads, mini poppadums, a curry dip, cup holder and hand wipe.

Manufacturing is outsourced to British suppliers and chefs from India have come up with six recipes.

Umar said: "It has been a bit of a roller coaster. It took us a while to develop the idea but we now have a unique Indian snack for people who like a taste of the East.

"Fans have really liked the idea of having a curry when they are watching the match."

The cousins received support for their venture from Business Bolton.
