The duo, who are based in the town, started their company Deliz last year.
They are now in talks over a deal with the pub group Thwaites after successful trials. Another contract with a stadium catering company is on the cards.
One Dip comprises a tray with naan breads, mini poppadums, a curry dip, cup holder and hand wipe.
Manufacturing is outsourced to British suppliers and chefs from India have come up with six recipes.
Umar said: "It has been a bit of a roller coaster. It took us a while to develop the idea but we now have a unique Indian snack for people who like a taste of the East.
"Fans have really liked the idea of having a curry when they are watching the match."
The cousins received support for their venture from Business Bolton.
