Macclesfield-based Bell Meadow clinched a debt package from the Manchester office of Allied Irish Bank to complete the Portal Business Park scheme in Tarporley, which was being officially opened today.
It features two-storey accommodation comprising 15 units.
The business park has three occupiers and is expected to attract more small businesses as tenants, and private individuals as investors.
The park adjoins Portal Golf and Country Club, which has received planning approval for an 85-bedroom hotel.
Philip Hartley, corporate banking manager at Allied Irish, said: "There is a strong demand for high-quality office space in Cheshire, which will certainly be met wth Bell Meadow's newest investment.
"The site boasts a fantastic location, in terms of its proximity to the leisure and conference facilities at Portal Golf and Country Club, and major transport links to other regional business centres."
