Hotels-London, which was established in 1998 by Harrison Brown, will continue trading under its current name and will be managed as a separate business.
LateRooms.com's James Pogson will lead the business. He said: "We offer a vast range of accommodation to suit our customers' needs, so this partnership will further enhance our presence and expand our product offering."
Mr Brown said: "As part of the wider group, we are certain the business will benefit from a wealth of experience, adding value for both hoteliers and customers of Hotels-London."
LateRooms.com, which was bought by First Choice for £110m in 2006, offers late deals at more than 19,000 properties worldwide, ranging from bed and breakfast accommodation to five-star hotels.
It employs more than 200 people at its headquarters in the Deva Centre.
