ALASTAIR SHEEHAN, one of Manchester's top residential land specialists, has left Moseley Street surveyors Lambert Smith Hampton.

Mr Sheehan has set up his own firm, A P Sheehan & Co.

He said: "I will continue to act for existing clients on a number of sites in which LSH wish to retain my involvement and I have come to an amicable agreement with the Manchester office on such sites."

Mr Sheehan says that other colleagues could be joining him.

"I am in discussions with one or two individuals who may also become involved in my new venture at some point," he said.
