Channel M scoop an advertising first

THE commercial production team at Channel M has completed a fairytale assignment for furniture retailer Arighi Bianchi.

The TV advertisement - Arighi Bianchi's first - is being shown this week as part of a cross-media campaign to promote a summer sale, which includes Channel M, ITV Granada and titles within the Guardian Media Group's regional portfolio.

Shot at Caverswall Castle, Stafford, the commercial has a fairytale narrative. It was directed by Lydia Esler and produced by Matt Barraclough, both of Channel M.

The deal was brokered by M.E.N Media agency account manager, Paula Share, in discussion with Charles Mason Associates.

Channel M News is great, but their late night music programmes are very disorientating and basically all over the place. Is it live, is it from months ago, why are they always inanely clapping etc etc? Come on Channel M, go live and sort out that late night schedule. (And get a less annoying presenter too! And while you're at it, get rid of smug Jamie from sport too!!)
