She won the ethnic minority category in the Prowess Business Awards.
Prowess is an umbrella for 300 organisations which support businesswomen nationwide.
Lisa collected her accolade at an awards ceremony in Birmingham.
She established the restaurant on Copperas Street with her sisters and has become a respected role model for the Chinese community and female entrepreneurs.
She is a strong believer in encouraging children to consider enterprise as a career.
Lynne Franks, founder of the SEED Women's Enterprise Network and a supporter of the Prowess awards, said: "The sense of empowerment that is achieved by becoming an entrepreneur is life changing, and these awards celebrate all those who are inspiring and supporting women to achieve that goal."
