Charles Tomlinson, 39, has been put in charge of its 24-strong dispute resolution team while Paul Raftery, 44, takes over from Alan Thompson as head of corporate, which has 21 staff.
The duo join the firm's seven-strong management board which oversees developments across its offices in Manchester, Knutsford and Liverpool.
Their elevation follows the arrival of Martin Vincent, 37, to lead a new education division, and are the latest attempts by Richard Corran, who became the firm's youngest-ever managing partner at 41 last year, to shake up the practice.
Mr Corran, who previously led the dispute resolution department, said: "The promotion of Paul and Charles reflects the firm's determination to drive our growth under ambitious, dynamic and energetic leadership." Tweet
