SELLICK Partnership, a Manchester-based recruitment specialist, expects to double turnover this year to £26m after it launched a specialist education and financial services divisions.

Its latest venture, into the financial services sector, involves finding people for permanent and interim management roles with banks, insurance firms, legal and accountancy practices.

It is led by director Paul Samuel.

The roles include corporate finance, corporate banking, wealth management, risk and compliance and various other areas.

Clients include Bank of New York Mellon.

MANCHESTER-based graduate sales and marketing recruitment business Alumni has opened an office in St Albans.

Managing director Phil O'Hara said the operation would make it easier to deliver graduate selection and training programmes to companies based in the south.

BUSINESS support agency Blue Orchid has launched a recruitment service to help firms find graduates.
