Two teams of runners from Knight Frank's commercial and residential offices on King Street are devoting their free time to punishing training schedules in the build up to this year's event, which is on May 18.
Most of the 16 competitors have run the race before and they are hoping to do particularly well in the annual company team competition, where rivalry with the city's other major property firms is always strong.
Nine of the Knight Frank runners will be sponsored to raise funding for Macmillan Cancer Support.
