Mr Morris, 35, was previously finance and commercial director, and played a key part in the group's £108m sale to First Choice in 13 months ago.
As part of a boardroom reshuffle, chief executive Chris Allen has become executive chairman of the company, which is based at the Deva Centre. Mr Allen said: "Late Rooms has broken the mould for online bookings, and Chris Morris and development director Tony Walsh have been pivotal in critical management decisions, as well as leading the successful sale to First Choice."
