ONLINE travel company On the Piste Travel has moved from its former base in the Regus office centre to take a sublease 8,000 square feet from Thorn Lighting in Spectrum House at the Towers business park, Didsbury, at £17.30 per square foot.

Will Kennon from CBRE, who advised on the deal, comments: "The level of interest that we received for the property bodes well for the future of the south Manchester office market.

"These markets look set to become increasingly active as occupiers seek to relocate to areas not anticipated to be levied with the proposed congestion charge."
