The insolvency and corporate recovery specialist is establishing a presence in Bournemouth, Derby, Leicester, Northampton and Dundee.
AIM-listed Begbies said the rollout reflected growing demand for its services, which include business rescue and restructuring, personal insolvency, corporate finance and forensic accounting.
Chairman Ric Traynor said: "The new offices underline our determination to develop the group as a major force in insolvency and related professional support services.
"We believe there is further scope for expanding our network of offices and are actively looking at other opportunities in parts of the country where we wish to be represented."
The five new offices take the number of offices in the group to 45, stretching from Plymouth to Dundee, its third branch in Scotland. Begbies now employs more than 500 people.
Its goal is to reach £100m turnover by 2010.
