Colin Siebert, managing director of Gillman Jones, which provides agency, valuation and professional services to the licensed and leisure industry, will become a director of Colliers CRE and head up its new north west licensed and leisure team.

Booming
Evidence of Manchester's booming leisure property scene came last week with the announcement that Manchester hotel room prices have risen by 12 per cent in the past year, as tourists and business visitors continue to pour into the city.
Mr Siebert will be joined by his existing colleagues Jon Nelson, Jane Rimmer and Carol Dowling. The four-strong team will be based in Colliers CRE's Manchester office at 1 Marsden Street.
He said: "With Manchester being selected as the location for the country's only regional casino, the north west will continue to be a key region for licensed and leisure operators and developers."
Gillman Jones is the Manchester based licensed and leisure division of Bache Treharne LLP.
Colliers CRE acts on behalf of many of the UK's leading operators including Cineworld and Odeon, Gala and Rank, Mitchells & Butlers and Marstons, and other leisure developers.
