Paragon Interiors Group has completed work on a £1.1m fit-out for Merseyside housing association Helena Partnerships at its new 23,000 sq ft headquarters in St Helens.
*Rockerfellers Jewellers is paying £50,000 a year for a 473 sq ft store on Police Street, Manchester, says agent Tushingham Moore.
Rockerfellers has signed a 10-year lease with the landlord, King Street Estates.

The £1.3m refurbishment of what was previously known as Craig House has transformed an outdated building into a high-profile business location.
The 26,000 sq ft building is now known as The Exchange. The developer was Seddon Estates. Joint agents on the scheme are CBRE and Nolan Redshaw.
*A Stockport office block has won national recognition. Fred Perry House, on Edward Street, was a finalist in the best sustainable project category in the National Building Excellence Awards in London.
*The Manchester office of Colliers International has sold Bodidris Hall, a 15th century stately home hotel near Wrexham, for an undisclosed sum to a private buyer.
Its previous owner was in administration.
Bodidris Hall is in the village of Llandegla and features nine bedrooms, a dining room for 26 and a function room with capacity for 70.
