PRGA - called Property Route until January 15, of which Mr Chowdery was a director until June last year - was placed in receivership in respect of five properties in Victoria Park, Handforth and Old Trafford, after action by lenders Barclays. The company was formed in 1994. It is understood that PRGA director Matthew Billington is in talks with lenders.
Mr Chowdery has since set up Property Route (Manchester), and Denzel Lodge in Bowdon has been sold to LaBWare for £1.2m.
LabWare remains in part of neighbouring Denzell House, while the remaining 2,207 sq.ft has been let to Maxbox.
"When there is more than 100,000 sq ft of empty office space in the Altrincham area, it's a sign that we are getting things right that we can let and sell as we have done in Bowdon," said Mr Chowdery. Tweet

Am always interested to know what is the exact qualifications of these property developers that the banks are willing to throw funds at them, from the comments and the state affairs of the current market maybe the bank world should look into the bank grounds of these developers before forwarding funds or is a old boys network deals done around the golf course or private clubs.
