Businesses hail cut to fuel duty

Chancellor George Osborne offered help to motorists and businesses in a Budget he said was designed to "put fuel into the tank of the British economy."

Mr Osborne cut 1p a litre from forecourt prices and postponed next month's planned fuel duty increase.
