IT doesn't have to be a Blue Monday today, despite the weather. It may be freezing outside but the latest shades of electric blue to hit the high street will warm up your wardrobe.

Manchester-based former Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett, recently chose spring's hottest hue to hone her bellydancing moves for a performance on hit ITV1 show, Dancing on Ice.
