Let's hope we don't have a repeat of that 'no
2-litre bottles' rule. In last year's heat wave that was terrible -- especially as there was NO warning on the tickets.
Neil has a fare point - the most you could have were 500ml bottles of water!
There's a good line up this year but don't think you could top REM's performance last year!
This year's Move Festival is not a patch on last year. The same can be said for all of the festivals though. The line-ups for this year are nothing compared to those of 2003. It goes to show how far superior the likes of REM, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Foo Fighters are compared to the other acts around today.
has to be said apart from the odd act here and there..like the cure or morrissey,Move isnt looking too brilliant!
I heard the Pixies have pulled out does anyone else know about that?
I think the poor line up is just a reflection on the state of the music industry, not so much a relection on Move itself. Anyway, festivals are more about the atmosphere than anything else. Can't wait to see the Beta Band though!
i had to say that the sterophonics. were spot on last night; they where worth hanging around for in the rain ten out ten lads
