After taking on Germany and Poland, Nokia brings its Totally Board festival to Manchester this weekend. A twelve-hour bender of hip-hop, skating, snowboarding and BMX, it promises to merge the extremes of music and sport in one explosive package.
Beats'n'rhymes come from Run DMC, Spooks and Mark B & Blade, with local DJ support from Aim and Munkhi. And the best thing is that you don't even need to decamp to the French alps to get with the extreme winter sport thang - a 25-metre-high snow ramp has been specially built, with top international boarding talent. The whole caper hits Castlefield Arena tomorrow. Want more? Read on.
