HIP and trendy music show Transmission, presented by Steve Jones and Lauren Laverne, is coming to Manchester on Friday.

So far the show has had great guests, including Juliette Lewis, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Alicia Silverstone, Pete Doherty, Kasabian and Primal Scream.

Each week the show goes to a new city and this time it is coming to Manchester with Badly Drawn Boy, The Longcut, Orson and John Simm confirmed and more acts to be announced.

There will also be a star-studded after-show party which will be taking place at the Rovers Return on the Coronation Street set. Tweet
