Just got up after the night before! Paul weller is a GOD! This set was so tight, and the performance effortless, Weller has matured into one of the most polished artists Britain has ever produced. It was indeed a great honour to be in the crowd and witness the man doing what he does best, ROCK.

The whole day was awesome, but my highlights were being pulled on stage to play bass with green day!!!! and then hearing rival schools tell me my bass playing was awesome!! Coolest day of my whole life!

I know you Mancunians will vote for your Mancunian Day. But the legend that is David Bowie stole the show from day one. What a blinder of a performance. What a band he has behind him. What was great to see was all age groups had come to pay homage to the World's Greatest Rock Star. Singing Life on Mars as an opener with the crouwd singing back. It was hunbling as the man said. We where with him with Heroes.,. a jubilant song to life. He played old new and notso new. All of it as if he had written it just yesterday. Simply a agenius. I too cried when he played Ziggy. Just to hear 20,000 people sing those immortal lines....Ziggy layed Guitar. But Bowie Rocked!
