Take That have announced another Manchester date to their Progress tour – after more than 1m tickets for their gigs were snapped up within 24 hours.

They will play an eighth date at the City of Manchester Stadium in June next year as well as new gigs in Sunderland and Wembley Arena.

Tickets for the new dates go on sale at 10am on Friday.
