GIRL Power is alive and well - and no, it's not just the Spice Girls I'm talking about.
For look who has re-emerged looking, and sounding, better than ever - but Atomic Kitten.
Their performance comes as the Spice Girls head to Manchester this week for the finale of their triumphant comeback world tour.
The Kitten trio reunited at the weekend for a music extravaganza in Liverpool as part of the city's Capital of Culture celebrations.
And Prestwich-raised band member Jenny Frost looked sensational - showing off her super-svelte figure just three months after giving birth to baby son Caspar when she rejoined Scouse pals Natasha Hamilton and Liz McLarnon on stage.
The pop group were back together for the first time since their split in 2004 to perform their new single, a cover of Cilla Black's Anyone Who Had A Heart, as part of Liverpool's Number One Project, celebrating the 56 chart-toppers the city has produced.
They are aiming to score the city's 57th number one with their new song, released for download on January 27.
Back
If it's a success it could mean the Kittens are back for good.
I caught up with tanned and toned Jenny backstage at the gig, at the new Echo Arena in Liverpool.
She said: "We always say it's weird because it doesn't feel weird when we're back together.
"We have taken a break from each other, and it has been a long break. But it's been great to be back performing together again.
"We've recorded the new single to raise cash for six different local charities and if it goes well, who knows what will be next?
"We're just so proud to have been a part of the event."
Jenny left little Caspar, her first baby with DJ boyfriend Dom Thrupp, at home with her mum while she took part in the concert.
Running around
And she reckons it's running around after the new addition to her family that has helped her bounce straight back into shape.
She said: "We live in a four-storey house so running up and down the stairs has certainly helped get me in trim.
"Caspar is just gorgeous, and if he'd been a little older I would have loved him to come to the concert, but I've left him at home with my mum instead."
The reunited girls took to the stage at the event all in sleek black and silver ensembles - belting out their number one hits The Tide Is High and Whole Again.
And they joined a host of stars performing their takes on classic Mersey hits. Highlights included Cheshire-based singer Thea Gilmore's inspired cover of Dead or Alive's You Spin Me Round (Like a Record) and The Scaffold's new take on The Lightning Seeds' Three Lions - newly titled Three Shirts on a Line to reflect the city's three football teams of Tranmere Rovers, Liverpool and Everton.
An album of the cover versions will be released on February 4.
