WING'S restaurant in Lincoln Square is celebrating the start of the Chinese Year of the Rooster on Wednesday, February 9 with a charity night to raise money for the Genesis Appeal.

Tickets cost é100 a head and all proceeds go to Genesis, the UK's only breast cancer charity focusing purely on prevention.

The event, in conjunction with the Chinese Arts Centre, starts at 7.30pm and will include a champagne reception with dragon dance and firecrackers followed by an Emperor's Banquet & Auction. For more information or to book a place, ring 0161 834 9000.
