The restaurant uses the best local suppliers to provide the ingredients for its ever-changing menu. This is made up of the finest cuisine, impeccably presented and served by friendly and efficient staff.

From July onwards, the restaurant will be introducing two new packages. The Dine and Disco package will allow customers to enjoy a three-course meal in the restaurant, accompanied by a half bottle of wine, followed by a night out at either Pure or The Birdcage nightclub. The Pamper package includes all this, plus a room in the hotel.

Alternatively, relax with a drink in the lounge bar and enjoy the elegant surroundings overlooking the historic canal basin and Castlefield area. A range of drinks is available, including wines, cocktails, spirits, real ales and fair trade coffee. The bar has a large screen television for showing major sporting events.
