VISIT Manchester , the city’s official tourism website, has produced this 10-part audio guide to the Rochdale Canal and Petersfield. The downloadable and streamable guides at HearManchester.com are entitled inspired, green, en-route, underground, unsung, radical, poetic, human, proud and industrial.

Each part, presented by John Robb, includes interviews, has a PDF transcript and an associated map, highlighting some of the main points of interest.

The project is part of the Manchester Science Festival and has also been shortlisted for a BIMA Award .
