To the family of the late billy smith (William Thomas Smith) of Swinton who died on the 19/12/2001 at the age of 59.
I wish I could of known Billy, although I never met him he has always been in my heart. My search came to an end last night when I found on this site that he had died (along with my Grandmother Rose in 1982) This maybe a little late but I feel your loss, I wish I could share memories with you, but for now all I can do is let you know that I cared for him to. My thoughts are with you.

Just a quick update on my last notice: I have now found my family after searching for 26 years and am able to share memories of my dad with my brothers and sisters. A happy ending at last.

Trying to find the family of Francis James Allen. He was born in 1907 and married Louisa Blythin in Urmston July 1930, they had a daughter Jean Allen in 1931.

Francis had a sister Margaret who married Harold Wainwright in 1934, they had a daughter Patricia A Wainwright.
