I wish I could of known Billy, although I never met him he has always been in my heart. My search came to an end last night when I found on this site that he had died (along with my Grandmother Rose in 1982) This maybe a little late but I feel your loss, I wish I could share memories with you, but for now all I can do is let you know that I cared for him to. My thoughts are with you.

Francis had a sister Margaret who married Harold Wainwright in 1934, they had a daughter Patricia A Wainwright.
