I AM delighted to hear the good news about Altrincham General Hospital.

Forty years is a long time to wait for promises to be met.

Obviously, section 242 will play a vital role in planning and developing of services, with early and effective engagement with the public.

Of course, Lord Darzi’s pledge that resources are made available to open new facilities alongside old one closing will be vital if we are to maintain full range of services AGH now provides.
