Deanna Delamotta: Ex Factor time for Louis Walsh and Tulisa

After another powerhouse performance, Misha Bryan deserved to be told she is the one credible act shoring up a shaky line-up of second rate singers.

Instead she found herself accused of being ‘mean’ by third rate judge Tulisa Contostavlos in an outrageous attack on Saturday night’s X Factor.

Backed up by Louis Walsh, who really should retire from this lark, the two ‘judges’ claimed that Misha is too ‘feisty’ too ‘confident’ with Louis heaping on the slurs by suggesting she had bullied one of his contestants – although he apologised for using the ‘b’ word on last night’s show. "I shouldn’t have used that word," he said.

According to reports it was one of his over 25s’ weak links – Sami, the Welsh warbler – who was aggrieved because Misha supposedly said she wasn’t final four material.

Funny that, but this must be what Louis thought too as he didn’t pick Sami for his final four – preferring wacky Goldie Cheung until she headed for the hills allowing first reserve Sami in, though not for long as she was sent packing last night.

And what of the other faceless complainants – all trailing behind Misha in the talent stakes?

They claim the 19-year-old student from Longsight is ‘too competitive’

Hello? This is the most sought after talent show prize in Britain.

It’s a pity those lacklustre wannabes don’t take a leaf out of her book and up their games.

Perhaps then we wouldn’t have to listen to a tedious succession of low grade karaoke acts who are causing us to turn off in our millions.

It fell to Gary Barlow to state the obvious, namely that petty backstage bickering should be left where it belongs and Misha has a voice that sells albums.

Too right. Go for it Misha and don’t let those jaded judges get you down.

Totally unbiased opinion of course-she's no better than average and her body language is awful.

'outrageous attack'? You seem to think you know something we don't.

Perhaps you would be better to ask anyone who has ever known this girl if the accusations are true - perhaps her old class peers?

She may be from Manchester, you know that little old town where the MEN used to be written and published, so you may feel it necessary to jump to her defence. Nevertheless, she is only marginally better than the other wannabes on this circus show. If the tabloid stories are to be believed, she's turning in to a bit of a diva, something which will do her no favours in the real world of music. As for calling one of the judges 'third-rate', where did that come from? Never read such a one-sided, biased piece of 'journalism'. No wonder you've all been banished to Bury

I don't have to listen to any low grade karaoke acts, I thought ahead and choose another channel to watch.

That's ridiculous to say she's no better than average as she's clearly above average as anyone who's listened to her knows. It's just a pity she has to contend with sour judges and faceless detractors on this website.

When someone is generally a nice person backstage, the judges always say so.
She is being accused of being a little madam for a good reason. They wouldn't make it up. I have no problem with the judges saying so live on air.

I said in this newspaper that she has some Manchester edge and attitude and to use it.
It sounds like she's the wrong side of cocky. Her singing and presence is undeniable, but I'm not voting and spending money on a diva, just because she's local.
Keep the confidence, but lose some of the bad attitude.

Whilst I do think she has a good voice, I can't help but get a bad vibe off this girl. I think she comes across as very arrogant. It's great to be confident when performing, but she appears to have an air of arrogance about her.

Tulisa was out of order saying what she did in the live shows!

Misha is a lovely girl and I am not just saying that because I know her. Why should she not be competative it is a competition afterall. I think they are cluching at straws because the rest are way behind her talent.

Vote Misha B I say.

Such a biased article, are you related to Misha?

For the record I think everyone believes in being competitive however if it's true there's no excuse for crossing the line and bullying!

I feel that Misha has let the good comments in the papers go to her head and that she has already won this competition. However if she gets the public's back up, they will turn on her like they have Kitty, who is not the worst performer but is just not liked by the public.

It doesn't matter if Misha is the best or the worst singer on the programme, the judges should not have spoken to her like that on live TV, it is unprofessional and should not have happened.

You do not enter this competition if you can nor handle the pressure. Misha comes across in the programme as a tough nut, but if bulling is happening, it has to be mentioned, bullying is coward ways out of dealing with their own problems.
She sang very well and I have criticize Misha for the way she looked at the contestants and warned her to be careful and see what has happen and all you who are her friends need to talk to her or her aunty and get her back to her roots and her life before she does SuBO and have to go into rehab to get sorted....

Xfactor is just well produced Karaoke, just because shes from Manchester doesnt mean we all have to blindly support her, she can sing but these days you need more talent than that, you need to write music to be real talent, you need charisma too but shes not good to watch, her attitude shows through.

For the other judges to publicly say what they did there must be more to it and their apology looked like they were forced to say it.

People have said to me that she wasnt nice at school.

As for the coccosa lad, he thinks hes made it and hes some kind of 60's rock star and will probably end up like that other junkie Pete Docherty

Misha is absolutley head and shoulders above all the other contestants and I personally couldn't care one dot whether she's arrogant when she has the talent to back it up, unlike a certain Frankie who needs bringing down a peg or 200.

All this talk of bullying is pathetic, Misha, a 19 year old girl is alleged to have 'bullied' a woman in her 30's, grow some and stand up for yourself because you don't stand a chance in that industry if you let a girl half you age and half your size intimidate you.
