A CONVICTED double rapist escaped after climbing out of a toilet window at the Pakistan High Commission.
Imtiaz Hussain, aged 44 was taken to its London offices to obtain a passport so that he could be deported at the end of a nine-year prison sentence.
But he managed to escape after telling the private security guards from G4S Care and Justice Services that he needed to go to the toilets before he made his escape.
He was last seen running across Sloane Square, in west London, after escaping from the building in nearby Lowndes Square at about 2.35pm last Friday.
Hussain , who is described as 5ft 5in tall, of medium to chubby build with dark cropped hair, was approaching the end of a prison sentence after trying to rape two women at knife point in Derbyshire.
David Wood, of the UK Border Agency, said: “Police were immediately informed. His details have been placed on the Police National Computer and watch-lists.
”We are actively searching for this individual to return him in to custody and remove him from the UK.”
Staff at the high commission have now lodged a complaint with the British authorities for failing to warn them that Hussain was dangerous.
The Metropolitan police have described Hussain as "very dangerous" and have urged people not to approach him.
Officers are working with colleagues in Derbyshire to try to find out if Hussain has any contacts in Britain who could be helping him while he is on the run.
Hussain was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and white trainers when he escaped.

Think about this If anyone takes rape lightly it’s the UK border agency who failed to inform the Pakistani High commission that this man was a rapist. What if had kidnapped or raped a child or woman whilst he was at the embassy. Besides this news has been reported nationally. Its on the BBC.
