A man was injured in a collision in Longsight.
Shortly before 9pm on Tuesday 16 June 2009, police were called to Stockport Road, near the junction with Crowcroft Road, following a report a Renault Megane had collided with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 33-year-old man, was taken to the Manchester Royal Infirmary, suffering serious injuries.
He is currently in a stable condition.
The driver was not injured.
Traffic police are appealing for witnesses to the collision. Anyone with information should call 0161 856 6173.
