BRADFORD police are appealing for witnesses following an assault.

The incident occurred at 4.30pm on Tuesday, 2nd December on Manningham Lane at the junction with Marlborough Road.

A woman was approached by a man who tried to get her into his car. The car is a light blue, Citroen style hatchback.

The suspect is described as an Asian male in his late 20's to early 30's, 5ft 8 tall, of a medium build, clean shaven with very bushy eyebrows.

It's possible his left eyebrow was pierced. He was wearing what is described as traditional Asian dress - consisting of a long, white top and white trousers. He was also wearing a dark blue Adidas hooded top which had white stripes down the sleeve.
