Bhangra sensation Des-C is set to launch his latest single, Jiska Husna.

A mixture of Hindi and Punjabi lyrics, the single produced by hit music maker du jour D-Boy, and written by Des-C, takes a fresh look at modern day bhangra with a romantic narrative.

Laden with Des-C’s phenomenal vocals, Jiska Husna proves his innate talent and vocal ability is absolutely second to none.

The outstanding creative video releasing on TV and follows the tracks narrative and is played out in an authentic 1950’s style Americana theme complete with luncheonette diner, bowling alley and features cameo’s by D-Boy and the Twilight Players.

Des-C has over the last couple of years co-written Bollywood’s number one downloaded track of 2008 Johnny Gadar’s – ‘Move Your Body’ with Shankar, Ehsaan & Loy. He also co wrote and featured on D-Boy’s number one smash hit ’Tu Bataja’ and also more recently penned and featured on the remix for Sef’s ‘Hero’ Desi refix.

Des-C’s long awaited debut album ‘First Flight’ will be releasing nationwide on September 11 2009 and will feature a regional signing tour.

The video directed by Mandeep Singh Jutla, who also directed ‘Tor Nagini’ and ‘Tu Bataja’, was shot on RED One technology the same used to film hit TV series ‘24’ and by directors Steven Soderbergh on ‘Oceans 11’ and Peter Jackson on ‘Lord Of The Rings’.
