MILL WORKER Mrs Ena Wilcock, of Kirk House, Tanpits Road, Church, has died at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, aged 75.

Mrs Wilcock worked for many years at both Baines Mill in Blackburn and XL Crisps in Great Harwood. She was also involved in fund-raising for Kirk House.

Her hobbies included watching cricket, and Burnley Football Club, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was the wife of the late Joseph Vincent Wilcock, who was known as Vinnie. She leaves children Joe, Mick, Carol, Maggie and Pam, 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Her funeral was on Wednesday when Father Seamus Quigley conducted a service and cremation at Accrington.
