MRS Clara Haworth died in Accrington’s Greycroft Residential Home, aged 91.

Mrs Haworth retired from working at the leather shop in Warner Street when she was 73.

Wife of the late Herbert, she was the mother of the late Joyce and sister of the late Charles. She leaves behind nephews John and Geoffrey and their families, cousins Marjorie, Malcolm, Patricia, Ruth, Nigel, Freda and Ann and friends Vera and Tom.

Mrs Haworth’s funeral is today (Friday) when the Rev Ken Fitzsimmons will conduct a service and cremation at Accrington.Arrangements: Hyndburn Funeral Services, Accrington.
